Around Thanet there is a big demand for rental properties so sometimes,
even though we update our site daily, some one may possibly have registered
an interest before you.

2..Arrange to view the property...possibly also put in hand preliminary
arrangements to obtain all the necessary paperwork...

This includes I.D....references...proof of earnings....etc...etc...( also in some
cases ...dependant upon various factors....a Homeowner Guarantor may be needed )

Our Office Manager, who knows exactly which paperwork you will need for the
particular property you are interested in will be more than happy to advise you on
specific requirements

3..When you are confident that you would be happy living in the viewed property
and that you are in a position to quickly obtain all necessary paperwork it is
advisable to put down a holding deposit to ensure the property is "off the market" ..
this way no one can "beat you to the punch"

   In most cases this Deposit is £100.00...a word of warning however...
   .if you change your mind this Deposit is not refundable

    There are however, other conditions in which the Deposit would be refunded
