Ramsgate


Ramsgate is a seaside town in Thanet, and is known as ‘England’s only Royal Harbour’. It is popular for it’s historic museums and tunnels. The famous Maritime museum contains many artefacts evoking the town’s rich heritage of fishing, ship building and ship wrecks.

Ramsgate have many waterfront bars and cafes and offers boat trips for people to discover luscious beaches and bays, and view the Thanet off shore Windfarm’s 100 turbines.

There are many different walking trails along the Cliffside, coastal paths and other wonderful places Ramsgate has to offer.
