  if there is somewhere that has caught your eye....here's  what to do next....

 1...ring our office....even if you have spoken to them before...
  just to confirm the property you are interested in is still in fact available...
  The reason being that around Thanet there is a constant demand for rental
  properties so sometimes, even though we update our site daily, some one may
  possibly have registered an interest  before you.

  2..Arrange to view the property...also ( if you have not already done so)  put in hand
  preliminary arrangements to obtain all the necessary paperwork...

  This includes I.D....references...proof of earnings....etc...etc...( also in some
  cases ...dependant upon various factors....a Homeowner Guarantor may be needed )

  Our Office Manager, who knows exactly which  paperwork you will need for the
  particular property you are interested in, will be more than happy to advise you on
  specific  requirements

  3..When you are confident that you would be happy living in the viewed property
  and that you are in a position to quickly obtain all necessary paperwork it is
  advisable to put down a holding deposit to ensure the property is  "off the market" ..
  this way no one can "beat you to the punch"

   In most cases this Deposit is £100.00...obviously should the Owner not agree to the
   Tenancy then this deposit is fully refundable.....

   however should you change your mind and decide not to proceed for any reason...
   it is unlikely,  due to the legal documentation  having already started, that any refund
   will be possible
   

  4..Normally..All formalities are completed inside 10/14 days...at which time.....
  All interested parties sign all the necessary Agreements and a moving in date is arrange

   5..Thats it!!.....Congratulations....Move in your belongings.....We wish you a Happy
